Creative Craftiques combines my life-long love of sewing, painting, crafting, repurposing items into ​the unexpected, vintage items and antiques.

I grew up with a very creative family, drawing, sewing, and doing needlework at a very young age. As ​a stay-at-home mom, I began doing craft shows with friends and along with my parents about 30 ​years ago. After my parents retired from crafting, I joined close friends and we combined our ​treasures into one booth. We did many shows and opened an antique booth at a local antique mall.

In recent years Tim and I have begun to do shows mainly on our own. I’m now trying to branch out a ​bit, and grow my business locally and online. I still participate in numerous craft shows and maintain ​my booth at Merry Go Round Antique Mall on 19th Street in Bakersfield .
